When you have to talk to an Uber Rep, remember to always be sure of what your problem is. If you are calling because one of your trips was wrongly calculated, then let them know what trip is wrong and that you want it fixed (not being confident when talking to them might tell them that you are not sure of what you’re saying and they won’t fix the trip). Always keep a picture of the trip in question if they tell you that you were not right.
Take a screenshot of every trip where you feel Uber took too much as commission or was calculated wrong and nothing was fixed and save it. If any class action lawsuit is allowed against Uber in your city because of how much money Uber has been taking from drivers you want to have enough proof that this has been happening to you and how much they have taken.
